Primary crushing mobile plants with impact crusher PI series

The PI series of primary crushing plants made by Ingenieria Becomp are used for reduction of the size of the rocks from the sources of material to suitable sizes for processing with secondary crushers or for direct use of coarse aggregates.
They have been designed to be transported easily by road, without exceeding gross vehicle weight and to be quickly put into operation.

Its modular design allows it to be conditioned with other crushing equipment for multiple purposes.
The plant has a hopper, which receives the rocks to be crushed and allows to store enough material so that the front loader can operate easily in the yard of storage.

Located under the hopper is a vibratory feeder, mounted on helical springs for damping the impact of the rocks when are loaded in to the hopper and which has a grizzly bars of adjustable gap that allows to separate the fine sizes that are harmful to the jaw crusher.

     

The feed rate is electronically modified to achieve a continuous, more efficient process and to increase the life of the components HSI horizontal shaft impact crushers feature two adjustable Andreas Crusher shells, which allow correct the wear of parts by moving the shells close to the rotor.. The rotors have 4 sets of reversible blow bars for optimum use of the wear material. This crushers are manufactured in sizes from 100HP up to 500HP.

The rocks rejected by the grizzly bars are delivered to the jaw crusher, to be reduced in size according to the crusher closed side setting.
The crushed materials are received by a conveyor belt which evacuates them from the outlet of crusher to outside of the plant.

PP plants are manufactured with crushers of 1000×1010 mm 100HP, 1250×1400 mm 200HP and 1300×1600 270HP, capacities from 50 to 220 TPH. To meet the most commonly used production capacities in the industry.

PS and PT Series

The PS and PT series of HSI Impact Crusher plants built by Ingenieria Becomp consist of a vibrating screen and a HSI Horizontal impact Shaft crusher, arranged with all their chutes on a chassis for road transport.

The modular design of the plants allows them to be conditioned with other crushing equipment for multiple purposes, among which the following applications stand out:

• PS series as a primary plant for processing medium size materials freeof fines , usually from material sources such as river beds or alluvial deposits, which do not require processing with jaw crushers.

• PS series as a secondary plant to process crushing aggregates from primary plants.

• PT series as a tertiary plant, to process crushing aggregates from secondary plants. In addition to the production of fine materials, this application allows the correction of the cubicity of the particles, a situation commonly required in the production of aggregates for concrete and asphalt mixtures.

The vibrating screen of the PS series plants, classifies until three sizes of materials with its chutes to drive the sorted materials to stacker bands. The over sizes rejected by the mesh of the first level are discharged by a chutes, directly to the inlet of the crusher. The vibrating screen is mounted on an independent chassis pivoted on the main chassis, which when hoisted deploys its legs to support them on the main chassis in working position.

   

The chassis of these plants have been designed to be moved easily by road, without exceeding the gross vehicle weight and to allow to be put into operation quickly.

For a primary or secondary application, the supply usually includes conveyor belts for:
-Manage the material from the primary plant or the feeder to the screen of the secondary plant.
-Receive the product from the cone crusher and recirculate it to the vibrating screen.
-Stocking up to three classified products.

For a tertiary application, the supply usually includes conveyor belts for:
-Conduction of material from the secondary plant to the cone crusher.
-Receive the material from the cone crusher and recirculate it to the vibrating screen.
-Stocking up to three classified products.
