Vibrating Screens

Vibrating screens have been specially designed to separate in an aggregate stream, the particles that can pass through the holes of a mesh, from which they can be retained on it. A robust eccentric shaft mounted on two SKF bearings imparts a circular movement to the side frames that support the meshes, making vibrate the set together with the processed material. Its main characteristics are:

– Standard sizes of 1200x3000mm 1500 x 4200 mm and 1800 x 6000 mm.   

-Available levels: 2 to 4
– Large sizes available up to: 8 ‘x 24’ (2.4 x 7.2 m)
-Drive by electric motors from 15 HP to 30 HP.
-Capacities from 50 to 400 TPH.
-High carbon steel wire mesh tensioned by side hooks.
-Optionally can be supplied with polyurethane meshes.
-Hinged motor base with spring and tensioner.
-Axle forged made of carbon alloy steel.
-SKF bearings.
-Suspension on helical springs.
-Optionally can be supplied with chassis for road transport.
