Horizontal Vibrating Feeder

Horizontal vibratory feeders have been specially designed to withstand the impacts caused by rocks being deposited by the loaders in feed hoppers The heavy duty springs that support it are for damping loads derived from such impacts. Its horizontal carriage feature prevents the accidental discharge of rocks into the jaw crusher as is often the case with inclined vibrating feeder. Two eccentric axes are forcing a powerful and constant rectilinear movement without dead points. The grizzly allows the removal of fines that are harmful for crushers. Its main characteristics are:

-Available sizes: 800x3000mm, 960 x 3800 mm and 1100 x 4900 mm.
-Driving by electric motors from 15 HP to 30 HP.
-Capacities from 50 to 400 TPH.
-Grizzly with adjustable bar spacing.
-Internal body with interchangeable liners.
-Hinged motor base with spring and tensioner.
-Two eccentric axles synchronized by straight teeth pinions in oil bath.
-Forged axles made of alloy carbon steel.
-SKF bearings.
-Helical spring suspension.
-Possibility of electronic variation of the feed rate.

 Vibratory Feeder for Lung Stockpiles

These feeders have been specially designed to be placed in a pit under a lung stockpile. They are of the inclined type and allow the metering of materials to feed a secondary or tertiary crushing plant with medium aggregates.
